WEBER TEC RM 25 KG

>FIELD OF APPLICATION

• It is used as a leveling putty by adding cement or gypsum on interior and exterior walls and ceilings of all buildings, repairing cracks and defects and new surface leveling.

>APPLICATION SURFACES

• exteriors;
  - Cement-based plaster,
  - Gross concrete,
  - Betopan,
  - Lightweight concrete.
• interior facades;
  - All surfaces applicable to exterior facades,
  - Gas concrete,
  - Gypsum plaster, gypsum block and plasterboard (mixed with gypsum).
• Consult us for all other application substrates.

>SUITABLE FINISHING OPTIONS

• The leveling mortar prepared with weber.tec RM can be left as a final coat.
• As a top coat on weber.tec RM applied surfaces;
  - On exteriors;
  Ready-made colored plasters, exterior coatings and paints can be applied.
  - On interior facades;
  All exterior coatings and wallpaper can be applied.
• Ceramic can be applied with weber.kol fix on weber.tec RM applied thicker than 3 mm.

• It should not be used by mixing with plaster on exteriors.
• Hydraulic binder mortar is not applied on weber.tec RM .
• Cement-based paint is not applied on weber.tec RM .
• It should not be mixed with cement or plaster if it is to be applied on a surface on which synthetic paint has been applied. ( weber.tec RM should be used without additives.)

APPLICATION FEATURES

• Usage time of the prepared mortar:
  - When mixed with cement: 2 hours.
  - When mixed with plaster: 30 minutes.
• Time to wait between coats in cementitious mixture application: (for every 1 mm of thickness)
  - Min. 4 hours.
• Time to wait for topcoat application on weber.tec RM : (for every 2 mm weber.tec RM application)
  - When mixed with cement: 3 days.
  - When mixed with plaster: 2 days.
• Application thickness:
  - When mixed with cement: 1-5 mm.
  - When mixed with plaster: 1-50 mm. (insides)

SURFACE PREPARATION

• The surface must be clean, dry and free from mold oils.
• If necessary, the surface should be cleaned with a steel wire brush and moistened in hot and dry environments.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

• Ambient temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C.
• Application in very humid and/or very hot weather should be avoided.
• It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or at risk of frost within 24 hours.

APPLICATION

• When mixed with cement;
  0.4 to 0.7 volumes of cement: 1 volume of weber.tec RM or
  0.3 to 0.5 kg. to cement: 1 kg. weber.tec RM

• When mixed with plaster;
  0.2 to 0.6 volumes of plaster: 1 volume of weber.tec RM or
  0.1 to 0.3 kg. to plaster: 1 kg. weber.tec RM should be added.
  Water should not be added to the specified mixing ratios.

• weber.tec RM should be mixed with a trowel or a low speed hand mixer until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.

• weber.tec RM should be applied to the entire surface in equal thickness with the help of a steel trowel, ensuring smoothness of the surface.

• The specified times are valid at 20°C surface and ambient temperature, the time is extended at low temperatures and shortened at high temperatures.

Hand mixer, trowel, steel trowel, steel wire brush.

WARNINGS AND SUGGESTIONS

• weber.tec RM should not be applied on exteriors by mixing with plaster.
• Depending on the surface, gray or white cement can be added.
