USE

>FIELD OF APPLICATION

  • It is used as a topcoat material on the exterior of all buildings and on exterior thermal insulation systems.

>APPLICATION SURFACES

  • exteriors;
    - Cement-based plasters,
    - Gross concrete ( weber.tec R, weber.tec RK or weber.tec RM applied),
    - Gas concrete (aerated concrete plaster applied).
  • Consult us for all other application substrates.

APPLICATION LIMIT

  • It is not applied on horizontal and inclined surfaces below 45 degrees.
  • It is not applied directly on brick and gas concrete and weak plastered surfaces.

These values have been obtained as a result of laboratory experiments and are valid for the performance of the finished applications at the end of the full drying period. Values may change due to the difference in the construction site environment.

APPLICATION FEATURES

  • Mixing time: 5 minutes
  • Resting time of the mortar: 5 minutes
  • Usable time of the prepared mortar: 3-4 hours
  • Application thickness: 1 mm

SURFACE PREPARATION

  • The surface must be clean, smooth and solid.
  • Before the application, the surface must be moistened and saturated with water in very hot and windy weather.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

  • Ambient temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C.
  • Application in very humid and/or very hot weather should be avoided.
  • It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or at risk of frost within 24 hours.

APPLICATION

  • An average of 6-6.5 liters per 25 kg bag of weber.min 100 . clean water should be added.
  • weber.min 100 should be mixed with a trowel or a low-speed hand mixer until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.
  • The mortar should be rested for 5 minutes before application and then mixed again.
  • weber.min 100 should be spread evenly on the surface with a stainless steel trowel, and the application thickness should be adjusted according to the largest pattern stone.
  • The surface should be patterned with a plastic trowel in circular motions. Patterning should always be done while weber.min 100 is still wet.
  • The specified times are valid at 20 °C surface and ambient temperature, the time is extended at low temperatures and shortened at high temperatures.

APPLICATION TOOLS

Steel trowel, plastic trowel.

WARNINGS AND SUGGESTIONS

  • While preparing the mortar, the recommended water ratio, mixing and resting times must be strictly followed.
  • Slightly hardened materials that have been prepared previously should not be included in the new mix.
  • Application under direct sun should be avoided.
  • Dark colors should not be preferred in applications to be made on exterior thermal insulation systems. The luminance reference value of the color to be selected should be greater than 25. Dark colors can only be used decoratively if they do not cover more than 10% of the facade.
  • All tools used after the application should be washed with water before drying.
  • It is not left as a final coat. After the surface dries, it should be painted with silicone-added exterior paint.
  • Wait at least 7 days before starting the paint application.
