WEBER DRESS L 25 KG,CONCRETE REPAIR AND PROTECTION SYSTEMS

USE

>FIELD OF APPLICATION

It is used as rough plaster on interior and exterior facades of all buildings.

>APPLICATION SURFACES

On interior and exterior facades;
- Gross concrete ( weber.prim BT-MAX applied).
- On brick walls,
- It is applied on hollow ceilings.
Consult us for all other application substrates.

APPLICATION LIMIT

It is not applied on aerated concrete.
It is not applied to plaster surfaces.
Not applicable on old painted surfaces, ready-made colored plaster, siding, unstable old plaster, surfaces that can be exposed to constant moisture, asbestos cement or insulation panel surfaces.

APPLICATION FEATURES

Mixing time : 4-5 minutes.
Resting time of the mortar: 10 minutes.
Usable time of the prepared mortar: 2 hours.
Time to wait after the primer coat: 30 minutes.
Time to wait between coats: 1 day.
Working time: 10 minutes.
Primer layer thickness: Max. 10mm.
Application thickness: 10-50 mm.
Applicable layer thickness: Max. 20mm.
Time to wait for weber.dress H application on weber.dress L : 2 days.
Time to wait for topcoat application on weber.dress L : 21 days.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface must be free of mold oils, clean, sound and damp.
Before the application, the surface must be moistened and saturated with water in very hot and windy weather.
Surfaces with high water absorbency such as exposed concrete should be primed with weber.prim BT-MAX, which is prepared by thinning in the dimensions described at least 12 hours before weber.dress L application.
Before applying weber.dress L, make sure that weber.prim BT-MAX is completely dry.
After the application of weber.prim BT-MAX, weber.dress L must be applied within 3-7 days at the latest.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Ambient temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C.
Application under strong wind or sun should be avoided.
It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or at risk of frost within 24 hours.

APPLICATION

Average 4.5 lt. per 25 kg bag weber.dress L. clean water should be added.

weber.dress L should be mixed with a trowel or a low speed hand mixer until it reaches a homogeneous consistency. The mortar should be rested for 10 minutes before application.

weber.dress L should be applied to the entire surface in a thickness not exceeding 1 cm as a primer coat.
Depending on the weather conditions, after 30 minutes , weber.dress L is applied to the entire surface by 2 cm. thickness can be applied. If a total thickness of more than 3 cm is required, the second layer should be applied 1 day later.

In order to obtain a smooth surface, the surface must be mastered.

After the application, the surface should be moistened for 2-3 days.

The specified times are valid at 20°C surface and ambient temperature, the time is extended at low temperatures and shortened at high temperatures.

Hand mixer, trowel, steel trowel, gauge trowel, interlining.

WARNINGS AND SUGGESTIONS

After weber.dress L is mixed with water, the resting period must be strictly followed and the mortar must be mixed thoroughly before application.
No foreign materials (lime, cement, plaster, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar.
After the application, the surface should be moistened for 2-3 days.
It should be applied with weber.dress L interlining at the junction points of different materials (column - wall joints etc.).
