APPLICATION FEATURES
- Mixing time: 5 minutes.
- Resting time of the mortar: 15 minutes.
- Usable time of the prepared mortar: 2 hours.
- Time to wait between coats: 3-6 hours.
- Time to wait for topcoat application on weber.dress H : 7 days.
- Time to wait for finishing: 2 hours.
- Application thickness: 1-3 mm.
- Applicable layer thickness: Max. 2mm.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- The surface must be clean, sound and moist.
- Cracks and defects deeper than 3 mm should be repaired with weber.rep MA 200 or weber.rep HKS at least 24 hours before.
- Before the application, the surface must be moistened and saturated with water in very hot and windy weather.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
- Ambient temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C.
- Application under strong wind or sun should be avoided.
- It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or at risk of frost within 24 hours.
APPLICATION
- An average of 7 lt. per 25 kg bag weber.dress H. clean water should be added.
- weber.dress H should be mixed with a trowel or a low speed hand mixer until it reaches a homogeneous consistency. The mortar should be rested for 15 minutes before application.
- weber.dress H should be applied to the entire surface in equal thickness with the help of a steel trowel. The first layer should not be thinner than 1 mm. If more than one coat is to be applied, 3-6 hours should be waited between coats, the total thickness should not exceed 3 mm.
- Surface smoothness should be provided with a finishing trowel. After the application, the surface will be suitable for paint and wallpaper coating.
- After the application, the surface should be moistened for 2-3 days.
- The specified times are valid at 20°C surface and ambient temperature, the time is extended at low temperatures and shortened at high temperatures.

WARNINGS AND SUGGESTIONS
- After weber.dress H is mixed with water, the resting period must be strictly followed and the mortar must be mixed thoroughly before application.
- After the application, the surface should be moistened for 2-3 days.
- No foreign materials (lime, cement, plaster, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar.
