>FIELD OF APPLICATION

• It is used for laying coatings such as ceramics, granite ceramics and glazed porcelain on walls and floors indoors and outdoors.

These values have been obtained as a result of laboratory experiments and are valid for the performance of the finished applications after 28 days. Values may vary due to differences in the construction site environment.

APPLICATION FEATURES

• Usable time: Max. 4 hours
• Working time: Max. 30 minutes.
• Fixable time: Max. 20 minutes.
• Time required for grouting: 24 hours (on the wall and on the floor).
• Time required for the ground to open to traffic: 24 hours.
• Application thickness: 3-10 mm. between (single or double-sided gluing).

SURFACE PREPARATION

• The surface should be clean, dry, smooth and solid, plasters thinner than 3 mm on the surface should be scraped and cleaned completely.
• Very porous surfaces should be wetted and waited until the water layer disappears so that the surface remains moist.
• Significant defects or holes on the surface should be repaired with weber.rep MA 200 at least 24 hours before weber.kol graniflex application.
• Regional repairs below 7 mm can be made using weber.kol graniflex .

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

• Ambient temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C.
• It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or at risk of frost within 24 hours.
• It should not be applied under direct sun, strong wind or on hot surfaces.
• During the application, care should be taken that weber.kol graniflex does not form a film on the surface. If a film has formed, that part should be combed again.

APPLICATION

• Average 6.25-7.25 liters of water and 25 kg of weber.kol graniflex should be mixed thoroughly, preferably with a low-speed mixer or trowel so that there are no lumps.
• After resting for 5 minutes, weber.kol graniflex should be mixed for 1-2 minutes before application.
• The mortar should be applied to the surface and its thickness should be adjusted with a toothed steel trowel. The tooth size of the trowel should be determined according to the size of the ceramic to be laid and the smoothness of the surface to be applied.
• For ceramics of the following dimensions, mortar should be applied both on the surface to be applied and on the back of the ceramic (double-sided bonding).
  - Indoor, floor applications:
  For granite ceramic, glazed porcelain, natural composite stone, etc., 500 cm 2 ; Ceramics larger than 1100 cm 2 for ceramics, tiles, etc.
  - Indoor, wall applications:
  Granite ceramic, glazed porcelain, natural composite stone etc. for 120 cm 2 ; ceramics, tiles etc. for ceramics larger than 1100 cm 2
  - In all outdoor floor and wall applications.
• For a good adhesion, the air should be expelled by applying force with the help of a rubber hammer.
• In applications, the weight of the coatings is as important as the size.
  
  
• The stated times are valid at 20 °C surface and ambient temperature, the time is extended at low temperatures and shortened at high temperatures.

WARNINGS AND SUGGESTIONS

• It is recommended to use white weber.kol graniflex for laying coatings such as light-colored granite ceramic, glazed porcelain.
• Absolutely no foreign materials should be added.
• After the application, all the tools used should be washed with water before they dry.
